Find the Right Fit

The proper measurements are key to finding the right fit. We sew for a “competitive fit” — snug, yet comfortable. To get the fit that’s just right for you, simply follow our 1-2-3-4 guidelines. They’ll help you take the most accurate measurements.

1. Always measure yourself (or have someone measure you) in your current skate dress or dance wear, or as close to your body as possible.
2. Of the four measurements below, girth is the most important for the best fit. If in doubt, let girth determine your size.
3. For the best fit, at least 2 of the 4 measurements should fall into the same size. Remember, we sew for a “competitive fit” so your size may be different from your school clothes.
4. When taking a nape measurement always measure from the center back neck to waist.
