Returning Sporture.com orders

We design our Sporture products to bring you the best in fit and fashion. We feel the same way about customer service and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you believe that you need to return or exchange your Sporture dress or merchandise, we will gladly accept it, based on the guidelines below.

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will only be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for a similar item only.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to limit returns.

Return procedures:

Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don’t have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you’re returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package, if possible) and send it to: Sporture Designs

Please note: Sporture facilities cannot accept hand deliveries

Important notes:

We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Sporture will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. If you return a product purchased with multiple forms of payment, the balance will first be applied to the credit card used up to the original amount charged, and then the Gift Card or Product Voucher.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange.
