How are items shipped?

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Standard Shipping 3 to 5 business days
  • 3 to 5 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii: Deliveries may vary.
Two-Day Shipping 2 business days
  • No weekend delivery; no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO
  • Items may ship using a variety of methods, both air and ground
  • Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $400
One-Day Shipping 1 business day
  • No weekend delivery; no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO
  • Items may ship using a variety of methods, both air and ground
  • Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $400

Standard Shipping and handling cost:

Express Shipping and handling cost:
  starts at $15.00

Special considerations:

Please allow time for us to custom sew your dress. In general, it can takes as many as 15 business days to complete your dress once we receive your order. Then, just add the shipping time to estimate when you’ll receive your dress.
